Davidson Plum Cellular Extract is packed with a range of phyto-active compounds, Tartaric and Gallic Acid, Quercetin, and Anthocyanin which is responsible for it’s dark red colour. The combination of these powerful compounds delivers natural solutions to anti-aging, wrinkle prevention, reducing UV damage, whitening / brightening, anti-acne, collagen support, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant applications in skincare. Restricted to the native rainforests on the east coast of Australia, the dark plums have a vibrant dark red flesh.

• Anthocyanin – found to have the strongest anti-inflammatory effect of any flavonoid tested.
• Flavone glycosides – strong antioxidants, reducing the creation of free radicals. Skincare needs antioxidants to protect the skin from breaking down and aging. Flavone glycosides stabilise Vitamin C, working synergistically, intensifying the antioxidant activity of Vitamin C.
• Phenolic acid: gallic acid – contains antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-fatigue properties.
